1Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bgt88 ("we", "us", "the Platform") in respect of your use of the bgt88 website located at bgt88.club and all associated services, games, and betting products offered through it.

bgt88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in suspension or closure of the account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3Account Registration and Security

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the bgt88 platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bgt88 will close all but the first registered account and may void any winnings generated across duplicate accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. bgt88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

All information provided during registration and KYC must be truthful and accurate. Any false, misleading, or fraudulent information will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

bgt88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a range of Bangladesh-based payment channels including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on the bgt88 platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit; however, very large deposits may require additional verification before being credited.
• Deposits are credited to your bgt88 account balance in real time for most payment methods. In rare cases of network delays, deposits may take up to 30 minutes to appear. If a deposit does not appear after 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference.
• Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used to make the original deposit. bgt88 does not transfer winnings to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for a deposit.

bgt88 does not charge fees on deposits. For withdrawals, fees may be applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider. bgt88 has no control over third-party transaction charges and bears no responsibility for them.

5Bonuses and Promotions

bgt88 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentive programmes to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be published alongside each offer.

The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers on the bgt88 platform unless the specific bonus promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, household, IP address, and payment method. Any attempt to claim a bonus multiple times using duplicate or affiliated accounts will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

• Bonuses may not be transferable between accounts. Players may not sell, exchange, or transfer bonus credit or bonus-derived winnings to any other account or person.

bgt88 may use automated systems to detect bonus abuse. Any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing low-risk opposing bets to clear a wagering requirement — will have their bonus and associated winnings forfeited and may have their account suspended.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the bgt88 platform are subject to the rules of the specific game, sport, or event being wagered on. In the case of any discrepancy between these general Terms and the specific rules of a game or event, the specific game or event rules shall prevail.

The following principles apply to all betting and gaming activity on the bgt88 platform:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the bgt88 system, it cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player. It is the player's responsibility to verify all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or data feed interruption that affects the outcome or display of any game or bet, bgt88 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts.

12Account Suspension and Closure

bgt88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including providing false registration information, engaging in prohibited conduct, or failing to meet eligibility criteria.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a formal request from bgt88.
• Suspected involvement in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity in connection with the player's bgt88 account or transactions.
